Project Scope, Objectives, and Significance
- Scope of the project is well-defined and was met by the proponents.
- Objectives of the study were met.
- Proposed study shows transfer of student learning from classroom to professional piece of work.

Activity, Process, and Needs Analysis
- The organization set-up of the company was clearly understood and documented.
- The activities and processes of the company in focus were clearly understood and documented using appropriate tools.
- The needs of the company in focus were clearly understood and documented using appropriate tools.

Proposed Solution
- The proposed solution was a product of careful analysis and critical thinking.
- The proposed solution is technically, operationally, and economically feasible.
- The impact of the proposed solution to the current business operation was analyzed and considered.
- Implementing guidelines for testing, maintenance, and security were products of critical thinking and thorough analysis.

Prototype
- Database design is consistent with the needs of the company and conceptualizes future needs.
